All goods (“Products”) supplied by Rider Collective (“RC”) are supplied on the below terms and conditions.
2. Order acceptance
No order shall be binding on www.ridercollective.com.au until accepted by RC . An individual contract for the supply of Products, on these terms and conditions, is formed on acceptance of an order from the Customer. HC reserves the right to accept/cancel any order in whole or in part.
2.1 Acknowledgement of your order
You will need to provide us with your e-mail address and we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and e-mail you again to confirm details.
2.2 Advertised products availability
Products advertised on our online store are pending in-store or supplier availability. Although we keep many items in stock in, we cannot guarantee availability at all times. Products not currently in stock will need to be ordered in from our supplier (pending availability). This can take 1-4 business days from date of order.
3. Payment terms
Payment must be made in full and on checkout in the online shopping cart. Payments will be processed immediately and in the event of any out-of-stock items, the terms in 2.1 will apply. RC will investigate any disputed amounts, and resolve them by issuing an in store credit to the Customer when required.
4. Online order processing times
Online orders are actioned every weekday, not on weekends. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday or Friday afternoon, your order will not be attended to until Monday.
5. Advertised pricing
All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD$). All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$)
All of the prices, contents and specifications are correct as to the best of our knowledge and are subject to change without notice. We take no responsibility for any Manufacturer errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices and model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, pricing and applications at any time without further obligation.
No Warranty expressed, written, or implied is made on any products made or sold by RC. All descriptions given by RC as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. RC cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold. RC shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. by purchasing, using, or installing the product, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms.
6.1 Manufacturers warranty - Faulty Goods
Warranty claims on goods must first be approved by the manufacturer/distributor/wholesaler of the product before a replacement can be arranged. This process can take up to 15 Business Days from receiving the items. If an item has a fault we must first substantiate if the item will be repaired, replaced or a refund issued. To assist us in this process please provide as much information as possible, including photos where possible this will quicken up the process of the claim.
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, RC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, or for orders in which the total has been calculated incorrectly. RC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, RC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
8. Price Match Policy.
To price match an item with a competitor, the price match must be made on the day of purchase and is valid for that day only. Price match must be agreed to prior to the purchase with an RC team member either via telephone. email or in-store.
We match prices publicly available to all customers, based on those displayed in a shop, on the high street competitor's own website, or the first price quoted to us over the phone. The price has to apply to an identical individual product in terms of make, model, size or colour. We match bundles only on a case by case basis, and we don't match special prices only available to certain customers – such as negotiated prices or prices for groups like account holders or club members. We don't match prices only available via 3rd party websites, or with voucher codes.
This means we compare how we sell the product to how it is sold by the competitor to ensure it's comparable. We particularly look at stock availability, delivery charges and fitting/installation services.
We carry a wide range of products, and the competitor has to have the product actually in stock (rather than available only to order) for us to match the price.
The level of expertise and service we offer can't be equalled by online or mail-order sites such as Amazon or eBay - and it's for this reason we don't match their prices. Outlets which trade on a different basis to us, such as those that operate only on the internet or through mail-order, showrooms attached to internet-only companies, collection points, auction sites, factory outlets, membership clubs, duty-free shops, market stalls or home shopping channels, are not deemed equivalent high street competitors. We also don't match competitors who are in administration or closing down.
