Shipping and Product Availability

At Rider Collective we hold a good amount of stock of our best selling products, however, some styles and colour variations are ordered in from our suppliers.

We're keen to ensure your chosen items are with you as quickly as possible. Many items are held in our warehouse/showroom location in Chatswood, and these are dispatched generally within 24 hours of the order confirmation. If an item needs to be obtained from a supplier's location it will be dispatched within 2-5 working days. Should an item not be immediately available, we will email you to let you know when you can expect to receive it.

If you are planning to visit our showroom and have a particular product you are interested in we always recommend contacting us prior to check stock availability, this can be done via telephone on 02 8005 1132 or email at cs@ridercollective.com.au.
Australian Shipping Information

STANDARD SHIPPING - $10 Flat Rate or Free for orders $80.00 and over Australia Wide

Standard Shipping is a signature required service*. This means that the courier will require you to be present to sign for your package, If you are not home your package will be redirected to the closest post office for pick up - you will be required to show your identification upon pick up. You will be left a card in most cases with this information.

Our regular postal carriers are Australia Post, Fastway & Couriers Please - on despatch of your order, you'll receive notification and tracking details by Email or SMS depending on the courier service we have used.
